Claude's Book launch yesterday was great and attended by a number of people from our group including Anne; Kelley; Audrey & Ken... The book, itself is very neat. We took some pictures of the event and hope to post them soon.
Claude also gave us an opportunity to speak to the group in attendance about our restoration project. And we were also able to discuss the project with Mr. Charbonneau, the Mayor of St-Colomban and a representative of the Federal member of Parliment for the area and others - Great conversations and obvious support for our efforts.
In addition, we did slightly update our plan for the monument and Jeff has included an updated view at this link:-

Of course, this is still in the planning stage. People liked the idea and certainly the concept of making the wall in brick as per a design used in the Huntington Cemetery which Ken Neil included in his report on possibilities. We'll try to get an image of this brick wall idea posted soon so that everyone can see what we are talking about...
